Rick’s customer service is excellent.  He has no problem answering questions and will take the time out to make sure his customers are satisfied.  He’s very patient and sticks with his customers.  Years after first doing business with Rick, I had a big issue pop up and after all this time, he was the one to take the time out to troubleshoot the issue and get me back on the road.  That means a lot because a lot of vendors take your money and adios.  His tunes have been put to the test in my book and have kept my car running good the past 4 years.
